Our recruitment process consists of several stages, including administrative screening, an English proficiency (TOEFL) test, a general tax knowledge test, an analytical tax case assessment, a DDTC knowledge assessment, a psychometric assessment, and interviews. Candidates who successfully complete each stage will be invited to proceed to the next step.

I had the opportunity to develop my abilities and professional experience at DDTC as a Brand and Relation Specialist through the DDTC Executive Internship Program. During this program, I contributed to various activities within the Brand and Relation Division, encompassing the Perpajakan DDTC platform, DDTCNews, and corporate affairs. I also delved into various areas, from data analysis, data presentation and visualization, project management, to managing relationships with external parties. I developed all this knowledge and skill through the guidance and direction of experts and professional mentors at DDTC. This experience has undoubtedly enriched me with a diverse set of skills, both hard skills and soft skills.
Working in DDTC has improved my social skills and gave me a sneak peek into the taxing world. I now know the basics of tax through a lesson recommended to me by my manager called Brevet and through all the sources that were available in the library provided by DDTC in order to enhance and smoothen my learning process.

During the internship period at DDTC in the DT team, there are many lessons learned here that may not be obtained during college, there is also a lot of guidance that can require interns to become better individuals for the future.
It was a great experience for me to have been given the opportunity for approximately 8 months to be able to learn about new knowledge and insights about the world of taxation. There are many things that I have done and learned during the internship program at DDTC, ranging from preparing objection letters and appeal letters, preparing various kinds of documents for trial purposes at the tax court, making arguments in the form of written explanations to face a trial, and many other things that I never got before. The learning process was also very comfortable for me with a variety of supporting facilities and the assistance of Mentors and other DDTC Professionals who did not hesitate to share their knowledge and experience. I am Maria Magdalena, a Tax Accounting student from Petra Christian University. Throughout my 3-month internship in the Fiscal Researcher and Advisory (FRA) and News Division, followed by a 5-month stint in the Litigation Division, I have been immersed in the intricate world of taxation and legal proceedings.
